Oxygen Design was created in '99 by Brett England. His skillset includes anything from handrawn characatures, concept sketches, marker renderings, pencil illustration, painting and airbrush to computer generated illustration and Graphic Design.

Brett's life long obsession with car culture (and in need for some new threads) gave birth to his own line of hot-rod inspired merchandise.
